Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of process improvement and business analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and basic data tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Document current-state workflows and support the design of future-state automated processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
• Design, develop, test, and support automation solutions using approved platforms and tools.
• Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and technical documentation.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis efforts to evaluate the impact of automation initiatives.
• Research emerging automation, AI, and productivity technologies and share recommendations with the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
