Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an Automations BSA.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven data analysis skills and scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Advise on automation opportunities in Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Work autonomously with stakeholders to define automation needs and design solutions.
• Collaborate with Automation Developers and Test Engineers during testing and deployment for knowledge transfer.
• Document detailed business requirements and ensure clear alignment with project objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify processes with automation potential and drive design decisions.

Must Have Primary Skills

• 3+ years experience as an Automations BSA
• Strongknowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Proven skills in data analysis, including knowledge ofscripting
• Understanding of software development lifecycles

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend design alternatives.

Proven Experience In
