Job summary

No. 1 Collision Group in Vancouver is seeking an Estimator/Repair Advisor to engage with customers, assess repair needs and estimate costs and timelines. You will coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate pricing and schedule adherence while staying informed on market trends.

The role requires strong communication, automotive knowledge, and negotiation skills; the team emphasizes growth, training, and a supportive work environment in a busy collision repair setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and complete tasks.
• Solid understanding of automotive functionalities.
• Ability to negotiate with clients.
• Bachelor's/associate's/diploma in technical or automotive engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience as an auto body shop estimator.

Responsibilities

• Making evaluating reports for the establishment and attending training process for new products.
