Qualifications

• Enrollment in an automotive repair program is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive service.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in OEM training and pursue technical development.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks.
• Conduct tire services such as mounting, balancing, repairs, rotations, and tread inspections.
• Complete multipoint inspections and document findings on repair orders clearly.
• Identify basic maintenance and safety concerns and communicate them to senior technicians or Service Advisors.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and dealership workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
