Valvoline's Great Canadian Oil Change (GCOC) Winnipeg is hiring an Assistant Service Center Manager who blends technical and leadership skills to coach a team, train associates and deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role you will motivate staff, optimize daily operations, oversee safety and cash handling, and promote from within while supporting growth opportunities. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.
