Job summary

Valvoline Quick Lube Corp at 410 Baseline Rd Unit 301, Sherwood Park, AB, is seeking a lube technician. You will perform oil changes and preventative maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service as part of a trained team.

The role includes an award-winning training program and a supportive environment focused on safety and growth. No automotive experience is required initially; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles
• Learn to perform oil changes and check/refill fluids
• Rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point safety check and other maintenance tasks as trained
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, easy, trusted services to guests
