Brio Insurance in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking an Auto & Property Insurance Specialist I (Full-Time, Permanent) to process personal lines policies and complex homeowner contracts. You will work under a licensed broker, handling auto policies, homeowners, boats, jewelry, and other personal lines while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Level 1 Brokers Insurance
• Working toward MPI courses and licensing
• Understanding MPI/SMI transactions
• Knowledge of Brio Insurance products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with high accuracy
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize decisions and manage workload
• Proficient with standard computer tools and portals

Responsibilities

• Process personal lines policies and complex home/owner contracts.
• Process basic auto policies and personal lines transactions.
• Handle items such as boats, jewelry, and recreational property under supervision.
• Identify client needs and explain coverage options and policy features.
• Recommend coverage, premiums, and collect payments; promote Brio Insurance products.
• Respond to emergencies and assist clients with claims.
• Endorse and complete policies via the insurance portal.
• Write new homeowner policies.
• Service a 350K personal lines book.
• Quote at least 40 new home policies per year.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
