Job summary

Canusa Automotive Warehousing Inc. (Canusa) | Auto Parts Centres (APC) in Burlington, ON is hiring a Junior Counterperson/Shipper/Receiver for a full-time role.

You will perform counter duties and shipping/receiving tasks while delivering excellent customer service and using automotive knowledge and catalogues. The ideal candidate has aftermarket parts experience, 2+ years in customer service, a valid G license with a clean abstract, and the ability to work 40–44 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Aftermarket automotive parts knowledge/experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• G Driver’s License and clean 3-year abstract required.
• Picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and stock maintenance experience is an asset.
• Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically; basic computer skills (Outlook, databases, training) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries in-person and over the phone using automotive knowledge, systems and parts catalogues.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
• Support store warehouse duties: picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing.
• Coordinate drivers for dispatching of vehicles and deliver parts to customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with paperwork and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns.
