Bumper to Bumper Canada is hiring a Counter Sales Representative in Shediac, NB. The successful candidate will greet customers, sell a broad line of automotive aftermarket parts, and provide exceptional service via in‑store, phone, fax, and email channels.

You will support promotions, upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate order handling from intake to delivery. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of automotive parts experience and will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket (Jobber) parts industry (min 1 year).
• Promotes Private Brands and eCommerce channels where possible.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in person or over the phone with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Sell and support a diversified line of products via phone, fax, email and over‑the‑counter.
• Deliver high level of customer service and support promotions and upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer transactions including sales, returns, and defectives promptly.
• Ensure orders are accurately filled and delivered timely.
• Operate store POS system (PartsWatch) and search catalog to invoice and pull orders.
• Assist with merchandising, plan-ograms, inventory management, signage, and product initiatives.
• Follow policies related to cash, credit, refunds, and returns.
• Communicate effectively with store and support center teams.
