Bumper-to-Bumper in Shediac, NB is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to greet customers, assist with automotive parts sales and support online channels. You will handle transactions, ensure accurate orders, and work with the team to maintain presentation and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket parts industry (Jobber) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or over the phone with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Sell and support a diversified product line via phone, fax, email and in-store; promote Private Brands and eCommerce where possible.
• Handle transactions including sales, returns, and defects promptly.
• Ensure orders are accurately filled and delivered on time; reconcile transaction history at shift end.
• Operate store POS system (PartsWatch) and catalogs to search for parts and customer accounts.
• Assist with merchandising, manage plan-o-grams, product presentation and inventory control.
• Follow policies on cash, credit, checks, refunds and returns; cooperate with management.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management and customers; support branch sales and profitability.
