ONE Insurance in Manitoba is seeking an Auto Advisor to provide professional counsel to clients on Autopac and Driver Licensing products. You will welcome customers in the branch, build rapport, and offer coverage options tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of insurance industry or customer service experience is preferred.
• Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification not required but considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is considered an asset.
• Organized and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and professional counsel to clients on AutoPac and Driver Licensing products and coverages.
• Make clients feel welcomed in the branch and build rapport with existing, assigned and new clients.
• Offer coverage options that fit individual needs and highlight other ONE Insurance products and services.
• Actively cross-sell auto extension product options available.
• Support Personal Lines with processing and other duties as required.
