Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and repair auto glass & ADAS Calibration (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices
• Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards
• Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/POS/FSM/CRM)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required

• Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience in a similar trade)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
