Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program; must be returning to school after term.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; data analysis tools are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team with reporting, data analysis, and preparation of dealer-facing materials.
• Support dealer communications, presentations, and internal tracking tools.
• Participate in sales initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and internal communications.
• Assist with content creation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging.
• Support Income Verification team with documentation review and process tracking.
• Assist with data entry, quality checks, and reporting.
• Gain exposure to credit and risk-related processes within auto finance.
• Assist with internal and external communications initiatives.
• Support drafting, editing, and organizing communications content.
• Help maintain shared resources, templates, and communication logs.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes.
• Adhere to TD policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
