- Basic understanding of agile frameworks and scaled agility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities, track milestones, and document key decisions for programs.
- Develop training materials and stakeholder communications for change readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce friction.
- Collaborate with team and share knowledge to build a high-performing environment.
- Prepare concise business messages and impactful presentations for leadership.
