Job summary

TD Insurance, part of TD Bank Group, is seeking an Auto Claims Advisor for our Ajax, Ontario location. You will guide customers through the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise, ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end claims management, coordinating towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals, and maintaining detailed documentation. A minimum of 2 years in auto claims and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows (100+ claims) with attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Post-secondary education is an asset ( CIP designation is an asset)

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic guidance to customers through the auto claims process
• Manage claims end-to-end, including coordination with towing, appraisals, repairs and rentals
• Review estimates to support fair settlements and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless service
