Job summary

This regular full-time role offers a hybrid work model (2 days in office), requires English with French as an asset, and includes opportunities for education in CIP and provincial licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and excellent computer skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service to clients in the insurance space.
• Review policy wordings, apply coverages, negotiate and settle service claims.
• Investigate and evaluate information to quantify losses and identify salvage opportunities.
• Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders for timely resolution of claims.
