Allstate Canada Group is seeking an RSLA Specialist to manage complex vehicle relocation, storage, and lien-related disputes within the total loss claims process. You will negotiate with tow yards, storage facilities, and legal partners while analyzing financial exposure to balance customer outcomes with business results.

Collaborating with Total Loss Advisors, Salvage, Finance, Legal, and other claims teams, you will drive timely, cost‑effective resolutions and ensure adherence to RSLA

Qualifications

• Claims handling experience within auto-related claims.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to review financial exposure and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus organization.

Responsibilities

• Review RSLA referrals and ensure information is complete before engagement.
• Investigate relocation, towing, storage, and lien disputes.
• Negotiate with tow yards, storage facilities, repair shops, and counsel.
• Develop strategies for timely, cost-effective claim resolutions.
• Coordinate with Total Loss, Salvage, Finance, Legal and claims teams.
