Job Description The RSLA Specialist is responsible for managing complex vehicle relocation, storage, and lien-related disputes that arise throughout the total loss claims process. Working closely with Total Loss Advisors, Salvage, Legal, Finance, towing providers, repair facilities, and external counsel, the RSLA Specialist drives cost-effective resolutions while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company best practices. This role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to assess financial exposure, challenge unnecessary costs, and make recommendations that balance customer outcomes with business results.

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 59,900.00 - 93,725.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
