Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, operations, claims or related business function.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor governance practices.
• Experience with insurance claims operations and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead and SME for vendor management processes within Casualty Claims Operations.
• Monitor and oversee vendor performance to ensure SLAs and customer experience standards are met.
• Develop, maintain, and report on vendor performance metrics and scorecards.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal partners.
• Lead change management initiatives across vendor onboarding and offshore engagement.
