Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, and work with team members to meet KPI targets. The role emphasizes quality workmanship and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in an auto body repair program is required.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is preferred or required.
• Red Seal or 310B certification is preferred.
• I-Car registered (working towards Gold Class) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Repair damage to vehicle body panels and perform disassembly/reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded/sectioned parts and assess structural components.
• Operate frame equipment and apply new knowledge to ensure quality and KPI targets.
