Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair body panels and structural components in a high‑quality collision repair facility. You will disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles, replace interior and exterior parts, and use frame equipment to ensure KPI targets are met.

We value skilled welders (MIG/TIG), Red Seal or 310B is preferred, and I-Car Gold Class progress. A high school diploma or auto body program completion is required, with opportunities for ongoing training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent completed.
• Post-secondary education in auto body repair required.
• Welding experience MIG/TIG; Red Seal or 310B preferred.
• I-Car registration progress toward Gold Class is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Repair damage to body panels and structural components.
• Repair/replace interior and exterior parts and electrical components.
• Remove/install welded and sectioned parts; use frame equipment.
• Maintain KPI targets and apply new knowledge for quality.
