Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles. You will work with a team to meet KPIs while maintaining high quality standards and safety.

The role requires 3+ years of auto body experience and MIG/TIG welding capabilities; a valid driver’s license and a toolbox are needed for onsite work at multiple locations in Western and Central Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s.
