Job summary

Assured Automotive seeks an experienced Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural vehicle repairs. The role involves disassembly, repair, and reassembly, working with the team to meet KPI targets and deliver high-quality workmanship.

The position requires 3+ years in auto body repair, MIG/TIG welding skills, and a valid driver’s license. Red Seal or 310B and I-Car progress are preferred. Training and career growth opportunities are available across multiple Canadian locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).
• Red Seal or 310B is preferred.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
• You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels and structures.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use frame equipment and maintain quality KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
