Job summary

Assured Automotive in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 3+ years of experience to perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassembly and reassembly, and component replacement. You’ll work with the team to meet KPI goals and deliver high-quality repairs.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 per year, plus benefits, RRSP match, paid vacation, and ongoing training. Travel may be required for certain certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Post-Secondary Auto Body Repair program completion.
• Minimum 3 years Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience in MIG and TIG.
• Red Seal/310B preferred; I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class.
• Valid driver’s license and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution.
• Repair vehicle body panels and structures.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
• Repair/replace interior and exterior parts and electrical components.
• Remove/install welded and sectioned parts.
• Assess and repair structural components; use frame equipment.
• Contribute to KPI-driven performance.
