Job summary

MasterTech in Langley, BC is seeking qualified Auto Body Technicians to join a busy collision repair facility. You will perform repairs to damaged body parts, ensuring quality workmanship on a productive team.

Red Seal ticket is preferred, with opportunities across BC and a compensation plan featuring flat rate and bonuses. Day shift, Monday to Friday, in a shop open 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Red Seal preferred certification.
• Experience in auto body repair and collision repair.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace body components, doors, fenders, frame and under body.
• Use of soldering equipment, cutting torches, welding gear

COMPENSATION

• $100,000 - $150,000+/year on flat rate & bonus system.
• Experienced and productive techs earn north of $150k.
• Bonus Tiers: Earn $'s/hour extra when billing over, 110+, 135+, 160+
• Monthly Tool allowance

SCHEDULE

• Day Shift; Monday - Friday
• Shop Open; 8:00am - 5:00pm
