Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1–3+ years in automotive parts environment preferred.
• Experience with auto body parts is a bonus.
• Strong familiarity with parts systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts promptly.
• Enter all parts invoices into the information system.
• Label, track and organize parts.
• Communicate price changes to team members.
• Manage part returns and credits.
• Post and file invoices/credit memos timely.
• Maintain clean, organized parts area.
• Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to ensure quality.

Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely manner
• Enter all parts invoices into our Information System
• Label, track and organize all parts accordingly
• Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.
• Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

High School Diploma 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Google platform
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills

Travel, physical requirements, etc. Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials Valid driver's license required

Compensation: $19.25 - $26.50 per hour Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. Your Success is Our Priority We believe in investing in our people.
