Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Ontario to manage order, receipt, storage, dispatch and return of auto body parts for each repair. You will verify parts quality, process invoices, and maintain organized parts areas while supporting continuous learning and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch and return parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the information system.
• Label, track and organize parts; communicate price changes.
• Manage part returns and credits; post invoices/credit memos.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
