Job summary

Assured Automotive in Ontario is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and quality according to the production schedule and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1-3+ years of parts experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with parts systems. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely manner.
• Enter all parts invoices into our Information System.
• Label, track and organize all parts accordingly.
• Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.
• Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received.
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
