Job summary

ErinoakKids Center for Treatment and Development in Brampton is seeking a Clinical Therapist in Autism Services to deliver individualized behavioral interventions under supervision. This role focuses on applying ABA principles in diverse learning settings and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work with families, provide parent coaching and community-based education, and participate in program development while fulfilling a full-time, onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong organizational capacity and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; acts as an ErinoakKids ambassador.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new database systems.
• Flexible hours including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor to develop and deliver ABA-based treatments.
• Deliver individualized behavioural intervention in classroom or one-to-one settings.
• Make data-based decisions on treatment planning for clients.
• Identify supports and barriers to learning for each child.
• Engage in parent coaching, education workshops, and coordinate school transfers.
• Address challenging behaviours through function-based analysis.
• Work in a team and develop lesson plans with peers.
