Job summary

Advance Therapy in Toronto, ON is seeking an Instructor Therapist for a contract, on-site role delivering individual and small-group ABA-based therapy.

Under the supervision of a clinical lead, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, help set goals, and prepare materials while engaging families and coordinating with the team.

You will participate in meetings and trainings to maintain a safe, structured learning environment and contribute to progress reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, ideally ABA, with autism/developmental disability experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Detail-oriented data collection, documentation, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Education in psychology/behavior analysis; RBT/Instructor Therapist certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group ABA-based sessions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data.
• Develop goals and intervention strategies with supervision.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and families.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Prepare session materials and support client transitions.
• Contribute to progress reports as needed.
