Job summary

Endless PossABILITIES is seeking Instructor Therapists to deliver front-line ABA services with children in centre, home, and community settings across Newmarket, Brampton, Vaughan. You will track progress, support in small groups, and work within a supportive, team-based environment.

This subcontractor role offers flexible, part-time or full-time hours and travel to clients’ homes. Qualifying candidates hold relevant psychology/behavioural science credentials, enjoy working with children, and

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in psychology or related field.
• Diploma/certificate in behavioural science or autism-related field.
• Enjoys working with children and has energy and patience.
• Experience with children with exceptionalities including Autism.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Team player, multi-tasker, eager to learn.
• Willing to travel to home-based clients (Brampton, Vaughan) and hold a valid driver's license.
• Permanent Canadian resident.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in 1:1 and small group settings with children with exceptionalities and Autism.
• Track and chart each child’s progress.
• Support in small group settings (classroom support and social skills settings).
• Work in the Clinic, Community and/or in clients’ homes.

We are looking for energetic patient multi-taskers, who are committed and reliable individuals to become part of our dynamic team as Instructor Therapists. The primary responsibility is to deliver front-line 1:1 teaching using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) following each child’s individualized programming. This is a sub-contractor position.

We currently have part time/full time positions for Instructor Therapists working 1:1 with children in centre, home and community-based settings.
