What We’re Offering:

• Full-time Premium Audit Supervisor position in Oklahoma City
• Competitive salary target of $92,000 + benefits package including: free employee medical/dental/vision/life/ad&d insurance, company match 401k with immediate vesting, generous paid time off and wellness leave, floating holiday, and voluntary benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support a team of premium auditors in office and/or field settings
• Monitor audit production to ensure timely and accurate completion in accordance with NCCI guidelines and state regulations
• Resolve complex policyholder disputes and respond to agent inquiries and complaints
• Conduct quality control assessments and review audits within your authority level
• Deliver the ACE (Audit Consultation and Education) program to educate policyholders on the audit process
• Perform in-house and field audits as needed, maintaining strong customer relationships
• Plan and conduct auditor training and research premium audit topics
• Evaluate employee performance and ensure effective planning and scheduling of audit duties

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 9+ years of professional-level auditing or accounting experience; CPA designation may substitute 2 years of required experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of NCCI guidelines and state audit regulations
• Ability to travel for field audits as needed
