Robertson & Company Ltd. in Toronto is seeking an Audit Manager to lead regulatory audits across Canada and the EAP region. The role requires directing audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue validation, while engaging stakeholders and guiding testing teams to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in audit or compliance within financial services, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and OSFI guidelines. CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent is preferred.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of audit, compliance, risk, or regulatory experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, with exposure to OSFI E-13 guidelines considered a strong asset.
• Experience leading audit engagements and coordinating testing or quality assurance activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, engage stakeholders, and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA, or equivalent preferred.

• Support the development of audit methodologies, testing approaches, and innovative audit practices.

What you will achieve in this role:

• Experience working with audit technologies and data-driven or AI-enabled tools is an asset.
