We have an exciting opportunity for an Audit and Assurance Manager, based out of any of our office locations, who is passionate about working in French and serving our Francophone clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Assurance Partners and senior staff to coordinate, plan, and oversee assurance engagements
• Reviewing assurance files
• Managing project financials, including budgets, WIP, and billing
• Managing, mentoring, training, and developing assurance and audit staff
• Leading practice and professional development initiatives in assurance and audit
• Building and maintaining client relationships and communicating effectively
• Identifying and cultivating new sales and service opportunities
• Developing measures to improve practice efficiencies
• Performing related accounting functions

A successful candidate will have:

• CPA designation, with 3-5 years of experience in public practice
• Experience with diverse clientele
• Technical skills in accounting and assurance
• Leadership skills in a collaborative environment
• Interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
• Project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines
• Bilingual in French and English
