Job summary

Caseware seeks an experienced audit practitioner with a strong interest in AI to join its AI Pioneer Program in Toronto. You will embed with practitioners and firms, translating audit pain points into scalable AI solutions built in collaboration with engineering teams.

The role emphasizes defining acceptable AI output standards, owning the developed solution, and guiding product decisions while working in a hybrid setup from our Toronto office.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of practice experience in audit, assurance, or accounting.
• Ability to define quality thresholds for AI outputs in audits.
• Hands-on history building AI/software solutions to address real problems.

Responsibilities

• Embed with domain experts and partner firms to understand challenges and define value-creating automation.
• Own and deliver solutions, possibly by creating a new agent or enhancing capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and applied science teams to scope requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Set practitioner-credibility standards for AI outputs in audit contexts.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks for audit outputs.
• Stay abreast of AI developments to ensure feasible product judgment.
