TLD AVS, the corporate AV solutions arm of London Drugs, is hiring an Audio Visual Installer to install, test, and service AV systems for commercial clients across Western Canada. This role entails wiring, on-site setup, and advanced equipment programming.

The ideal candidate brings AVS installation experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a technical college credential. Expect a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• AVS experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as an AVS installer.
• Technical college degree or certificate preferred.
• Basic computer and network knowledge.
• Familiarity with Crestron/Extron is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install AV equipment and wiring to specification for commercial systems.
• Perform advanced installations, tuning, and programming of AV equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and correct wiring for performance and compliance.
• Maintain service records and resolve issues with customers.
• Handle pick-ups and deliveries for AV equipment service.
• Track and manage service issues for the AVS team.
