Job summary

Perativ is seeking a Service Technician to join the Saint-Laurent team, supporting customers around the greater Montreal area. You will stage, install, and test ATM terminals, diagnose issues, and provide on-site training and remote guidance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of electronics/mechanical repair experience, at least 1 year with online service call software, and a valid Quebec driver’s license. Bilingual English/French required with on-call availability.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience fixing electronics and/or mechanical items either professionally or personally.
At least 1 year of experience with online service call software.
Valid Quebec driver’s license with clean driving record.
Bilingual in English and French, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Stage, install, and test ATM terminals on-site and ensure functionality.
Provide on-site training to customers on ATM loading and troubleshooting procedures.
Diagnose, repair, and test ATMs; communicate issues to customers and resolve problems.
Conduct preventative maintenance on ATMs and assist with spare parts inventory.
Participate in on-call support evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
