Job Summary

The Patient Services Associate (12-month contract) is responsable for providing administrative support to the clinical Services and patient services departments.

Specific Responsibilities

• Performs data entry for projects ongoing in departments
• Maintain clinical data accuracy through review of case report forms for completeness and consistency
• Participate in execution of data cleaning activities
• Filing of project related documents
• Maintain the clinical trials supply areas, neat and organized
• Process the documents related to physician registrations, as required, when assigned
• Support data collection by completing calls to patients and health care professionals, as required, when assigned
• Conduct data collection activities via telephone interviews / questionnaires, as required, when assigned
• Coordinate and process the assembly and shipping of support materials, as required, when assigned
• Other tasks as assigned.

General Responsibilities

• Perform duties in compliance with all relevant company standard operating procedures and policies
• Track / record and submit time spent on projects versus other activities
• Always keep work area safe, organized and clean.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• 1-2 years prior experience in clerical field.
