Hexagon is seeking a Contract Renewal Associate (Remote - Home Office, any city in Canada) to join our dynamic, customer-focused Contract Lifecycle Sales team. The role involves facilitating contract renewals directly with customers, supporting sales executives, and contributing to organizational goals. The Contract Renewal Associate will also ensure our vendor status with customers is accurate to help accelerate Hexagon's revenues. We are looking for an experienced professional who consistently exceeds expectations.

  • This role combines Customer Service with direct customer engagement to renew existing contracts.
  • Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing maintenance, service, and license contracts, focusing on increasing renewal sales.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
  • Ensure customer awareness of product elements.
  • Contribute to small projects and process improvements.
  • Gather and analyze basic information as directed.
  • Update ERP and Salesforce systems.
  • Assist with maintenance of vendor systems as needed.
  • Coordinate across teams for timely execution of actions, adhering to best practices.
  • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service.
Education / Qualifications
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home-office space.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar, with 2+ years' experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, or 4+ years of related experience.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic accounting and math skills.
  • Proactive knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Judgment within established practices and procedures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in large organizations and familiarity with supplier certification processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software, understanding of CRM principles, industry experience, knowledge of contracts, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains).
