Job summary

The Home Depot in Canada is seeking a Freight Team Associate to stock merchandise, organize the sales floor and provide excellent customer service, guiding shoppers to the right solutions for their projects.

You will operate or assist with reach trucks and order pickers, adhere to safety policies, and work a flexible schedule that can include overnight shifts, evenings, and weekends.

This role offers hands-on learning, opportunities to grow, and teamwork with the Freight Team Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail or distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reach trucks, forklifts and order pickers is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, and weekends.
• Warehouse environment may be dusty and noisy; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves to 100% in-stock.
• Pack, label and organize merchandise for stocking.
• Assist customers and follow Get Model of Customer Service.
• Move freight safely using appropriate equipment.
