Job summary

FP Inc. is seeking an experienced Triparty Operations professional for a 12‑month role, with a strong likelihood of extension or conversion to full‑time employment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Fixed Income experience in Operations/Settlements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Solid experience using ADP/BPS, APEX and ICI processing systems.
• Knowledge of settlements via BONY, DTC and GSCC.
• Experience using BONY Access Edge, JPM Markets and CCMS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Tri-Party trades are booked, matched, funded, and allocated across BONY, JPM, and CCMS for both US and CAD currencies.
• Perform daily Triparty allocation.
• Provide start of day collateral positions to the Front Office.
• Ensure timely processing of daily GCF transactions.
• Monitor Net Free Equity and Liquidity.
• Provide daily cash projections and perform daily collateral analysis.
• Research and address any overnight Triparty cash and position breaks.
• Prepare daily management reports.
• Coordinate within team to accomplish required goals.
• Help to improve or enhance existing procedures and processing.
• Address and confirm any incoming Triparty Audit Requests.
