About The Role

As an Associate Technical Support Specialist, you will handle Ticket and Alert management, internal communication, and proactive troubleshooting (e.g., escalations and follow-ups). You will gain exposure to troubleshooting complex distributed systems.

This role offers an opportunity to expand your technical skills and collaborate with a dedicated community of leaders on award-winning AI / ML technology.

This position is ideal for :

What You'll Bring

  • 0-2 years of technical experience, preferably in application support within a SaaS organization
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management)
  • Strong skills in time management, attention to detail, and clear communication
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to infer from experience

  • Follow support processes and actively listen to understand customer issues
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and use computer systems confidently
  • Complete service tickets within SLA and customer service standards
  • Communicate effectively within a large team and adapt quickly to new situations
