The Opportunity

As an Associate Support Analyst at Euna Solutions, you will be critical in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and effective technical support. You will troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to enable customer success. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities within the Technical Support team.

Experience
  • 1-2 years in a technical support role, preferably in software or technology
  • Experience with software troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, cloud computing
  • Experience with CRMs and ticketing systems
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely support
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, collaborating with teams to resolve problems
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels
  • Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Develop understanding of Euna Solutions’ products to support customers effectively
  • Contribute to support documentation and training materials
  • Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge
Location

This position is hybrid, with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.
