Job summary

RONA is seeking a member for our service and returns team to welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience. You will use strong communication skills to assist customers and support store operations.

Key duties include greeting customers, processing exchanges or returns according to policy, and producing and balancing the cash report at the end of each shift. Cashier and customer service experience is an asset.
