Job summary

RONA is hiring for a service and returns team role where you greet customers, handle exchanges or returns, and support daily store operations. You will balance cash, manage rental paperwork, stay informed about promotions, and ensure cashiers have the needed supplies.

Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills; cashier experience is a plus. RONA emphasizes an inclusive environment with training and team-focused growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience.
• Exchange or return merchandise according to company’s policy.
• Produce and balance the cash report at end of each shift.
• Prepare paperwork for rental vehicles and follow up.
• Be aware of current promotions and flyers.
• Ensure each cashier has needed items (tape, forms, bags).
• Comply with loss prevention, health and safety policies.
