This is a high-impact recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands that successful recruiting is about much more than filling open positions. You’ll proactively build relationships with dentists across Ontario, develop robust talent pipelines, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience and previous experience recruiting dentists. You are a natural relationship builder, a proactive sourcer, and someone who knows how to turn a strong network into a sustainable talent pipeline.
