We’re looking for a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Canada Building Dental Group, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Specifics about the role:

  • Job Type: Part Time
  • Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays (Second Day is flexible, Mondays are a must)
  • Compensation: This is a commission-based opportunity

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses to assess oral health and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term results.
  • Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children, ensuring a gentle, reassuring, and inclusive approach to treatment.
  • Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations (fillings), extractions, endodontic treatments (root canals), and other clinical services.
  • Provide orthodontic and cosmetic care where applicable, experience with Invisalign is a strong asset and welcomed in our clinic.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to take ownership of their dental health.
  • Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a positive environment.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of Saskatchewan, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’re someone who puts patients at ease and connects easily with colleagues.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care and efficient delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask while keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do.
  • A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and caring workplace culture.
