As Associate Product Marketing Manager you will help shape and execute the national strategy for the Surgical portfolio in Canada. • Lead surgical skills lab programs: Plan and execute hands-on surgical education programs in collaboration with the field team and surgeon faculty. Ensure flawless delivery of surgical skills labs, logistics, equipment management, and participant experience to strengthen procedural skills and support the development of surgeons, fellows, and residents across Canada.

  • Collaborate with surgeons, key opinion leaders, hospitals, academic programs, and professional societies to advance education and strategic priorities.
  • Enable commercial execution: Equip sales and clinical teams with effective tools and support strategic account plans, RFPs, procurement activities, and growth opportunities.

  • Strong project management, planning, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgement, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with digital content, CRM, analytics, or commercial enablement tools is an asset.
