You will coordinate with design, engineering, art, and QA to deliver polished gameplay and live content, guiding junior staff and aligning stakeholders across disciplines.

The role emphasizes player-first thinking, data-driven decisions, and strong communication to shape a successful franchise roadmap and future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in game production or related roles.
• Delivery of features from concept to ship with Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience building online-enabled features and live services.
• Ability to create staged product plans and user stories.
• Use data and feedback to inform planning and decisions.
• Strong communication to influence and align across disciplines.
• Mentor peers and guide junior staff on problems and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Translate product goals into features and lead from concept through release.
• Drive high-impact gameplay and live content features with clear scope and success criteria.
• Serve as primary liaison between design, development directors, and partner teams.
• Partner with Producers to define long-term goals and franchise vision.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Animation, Art, UX, and QA to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage schedules, milestones, backlogs, and sprint commitments.
• Communicate risks and blockers to leadership; mentor junior team members.
