Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Associate Producer to assist in all aspects of new business generation and to maintain and grow an existing Commercial client portfolio. You will help deliver enrollments and renewals and support client inquiries with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

This role emphasizes a client-centric mindset, strong communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities for career development within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Support new business generation activities, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and concierge the client through the binding process. Support and develop a portfolio of Clientele, playing a lead role in business retention, and continually building upon customer relationships.
• Accurate and timely delivery of renewals, taking the necessary steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries and policy servicing.
• Acting to keep current with insurance markets and changing coverages within the industry, including participating in insurer networking events.
